Project description.

Remah and Bon are two distinct brands requiring unique yet cohesive visual identities. Remah, meaning "Spears" in Arabic, needed a sleek and simple logo incorporating three spears and the letter "R" for easy stamping and recognition. Bon, a coffee brand, sought a sophisticated yet trendy identity that avoided common coffee shop aesthetics while incorporating arabesque elements, indigo hues, and Arabic calligraphy. The goal was to create memorable, versatile designs that resonate across digital and physical applications.

The project spanned three weeks, from initial concept exploration to finalised logo designs and brand assets, ensuring a seamless and efficient design process.

Background

Remah required a bold, minimalist identity reflecting strength and heritage, while Bon aimed for a modern, refined look that would stand out in the coffee industry. Both brands needed designs that balanced tradition and contemporary appeal, avoiding cultural sensitivities while ensuring broad market appeal.

Conducted market research on regional branding trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences. Defined visual direction for each brand, ensuring Remah’s simplicity and Bon’s sophisticated coffee culture appeal.

Design & Prototyping

Created initial logo concepts, including text-based and iconographic designs for both brands. Explored colour palettes, typography, and arabesque motifs, refining elements based on client feedback.

Development & Implementation

Finalised logos with emphasis on scalability and versatility. Ensured seamless integration across mediums, including coffee kiosks, packaging, signage, and accessories.

Testing & Optimization

Evaluated logo visibility and impact across different applications. Adjusted design details for legibility and aesthetic balance, delivering a final set of polished brand assets ready for use.
